Dog Show Near Udupi: Mangalore Championship Show, Nov 21-22

Is the Karavali Canine Club show in Udupi?

No. The show is in Mangalore. The secretary’s address on the KCI listing is in Udupi, which is why the two towns get mixed up. Mangalore is south of Udupi, about 60 km by road (approximate), so do not head to Udupi looking for the rings.

Can I reach the club from Udupi?

Yes. The listed secretary is based in Udupi, and the mobile number and email are shown on the event guide. Ask about the venue, timings, the spectator fee, and whether entries are still open.

Which breed fits a first-time owner’s budget in Udupi?

Count the full cost before you buy. Food, vaccines, grooming, vet visits and boarding add up every year, and some breeds cost much more than others. At a show, ask breeders what a typical year looks like, and compare that with your monthly budget before choosing a breed.
